We offer a 1-day replacement window, which means you must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Important Guidelines
NO RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUES, QUALITY PREFERENCES, OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. Product dimensions are clearly mentioned in the product description.
Replacements are issued only after inspection and verification.
Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement request.
Requests raised after the 1-day replacement window will not be entertained.

6-Month Free Replacement Policy for Colour Fading
All AstroLucrum products are covered under a 6-Month Free Replacement Policy for colour fading only.
How It Works:
Share clear product photographs with our team.
Request a one-time free replacement.
Pay only ₹100 towards Shipping & Handling (Prepaid only).
COD is not allowed for this fee.
You may either:
Return the original product at your own expense, OR
Keep the original product.
Note: Damaged products are not covered under this policy.
Prepaid Orders
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.AstroLucrum is not responsible for any excess COD amount paid by the customer to the courier without verifying the invoice amount.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as:
Delayed delivery beyond reasonable timelines
Repeated delivery of incorrect or damaged items
